If departing from Hanoi, there are numerous transportation options to reach Tuan Chau Island:
- Coach / Long-distance bus: Currently, there are many reputable bus operators departing from My Dinh or Giap Bat bus stations that visitors can choose from, such as Phuc Xuyen, Viet Thanh, Anh Huy... with ticket prices ranging from 180,000 VND to 250,000 VND, taking about 2.5 hours.
- Motorbike or private car: If you want flexibility with your schedule on the trip to Tuan Chau Island, private vehicles such as motorbikes or cars are recommended. Just make sure to fill up on fuel, as the journey covers about 120 km and takes roughly 2 hours of driving. The route goes through Hanoi - Hai Duong - Bac Ninh - Hai Phong - Tuan Chau.
