1 Overview of Luong Ngoc Beach – A chill coastal spot in Quang Ninh
Location: Km 6, Zone 1A, Quang Hanh Ward, Quang Ninh Province
During a recent trip to Cam Pha, I had the chance to visit Luong Ngoc Beach and was truly surprised by the ambiance here. The beach is located within Tuan Mai Resort, managed by 324 Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, and has been officially recognized as meeting tourism standards by the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province.
Luong Ngoc Beach in Cam Pha is remarkably peaceful and airy, completely defying my initial impression of a coal mining industrial area. The smooth white sandy stretch gently curves as if embracing the clear turquoise waters of Bai Tu Long Bay, creating a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. This place is ideal for those seeking a gentle getaway, calm sea, and gentle waves perfect for swimming and unwinding.

2 Is getting to Luong Ngoc Beach difficult?
Luong Ngoc Beach is about 3 km from National Highway 18A, around 10 km from the center of Cam Pha, and about 30 km from Ha Long City, making transportation quite convenient.
There are two ways to get here:
- Follow National Highway 18A from Ha Long or Cam Pha to the Cua Ong area, then turn left onto Tran Hung Dao Street and continue for about 2 km.
- Alternatively, take the Ha Long – Cam Pha coastal road; upon reaching Cua Ong, turn left onto Tran Hung Dao Street.
If traveling in a group or wanting flexibility with your schedule, you can rent a motorbike from Ha Long. I found this option quite convenient, especially if combining visits to multiple spots in a day.
