Tuan Chau – Cat Ba Ferry
Operating since 2009, the Tuan Chau ferry to Cat Ba serves as an essential waterway connecting the two heritage areas of Ha Long Bay and Cat Ba Island. During peak tourist season, the ferry can run 30 to 34 trips per day. The ferries are constantly maintained, newly built, and equipped with comprehensive safety gear.
During the ferry trip along this unique sea route, visitors can relish the captivating beauty of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay.

Accommodation and Resort System
Located along the beach leading into the center of the Tuan Chau International Tourist Area is the Tuan Chau Holiday Villa hotel complex, an upscale resort with nearly 1,000 international 4-star standard rooms. This is also the only place in Ha Long offering a comprehensive range of amusement, entertainment, and relaxation services, as well as the most convenient location to explore Ha Long Bay and Cat Ba Island.
Tuan Chau Holiday Villa features an architectural blend of Vietnamese and French styles. Pine hill villas, hillside villas, and seaside villas are nestled among coconut groves, pine forests, and flower-carpeted lawns, creating a space that harmonizes with the picturesque scenery of Ha Long Bay.
Vietnam's Longest Artificial Beach
Tuan Chau Beach has been renovated and expanded with smooth white sand stretching over 6km. The beach was formed using millions of cubic meters of pure white sand, carefully filtered after being transported from Tra Co, Co To, and Van Don.
Along the beach are automated freshwater shower areas complete with sunshades, bench seating, and complimentary lounge chairs. The artificial beach is also an ideal spot for marine sports and large group activities. It also serves as the annual host venue for the Asian Women's Beach Volleyball Championship.
Entertainment Complex
Situated in the center of Tuan Chau International Tourist Area is an amusement and entertainment complex spanning over 100 hectares. The park has become a familiar destination for many travelers. Leading up to the entrance is a lush green tree-lined avenue stretching over 200m, planted as souvenirs by ministers and ambassadors from ASEAN countries.
The park offers unique entertainment options such as dolphin performances, water puppetry, human and animal circus shows, musical fountain and laser light displays, indoor games, and more.
Dolphin, Seal, and Sea Lion Shows
Dolphins brought from the waters of Japan and South Australia, along with seals and sea lions from the Gulf of Alaska, have been trained into intelligent and witty circus performers.

Signature performances include seals hula-hooping and dancing, dolphins competing for balls and performing somersaults, and sea lions painting pictures and waving hello amidst the water.
Modern Outdoor Rides
Fly Away – King of Game is one of four new rides introduced to Vietnam. It is a thrilling, exhilarating ride that lets players experience soaring through the air while immersing themselves in the sunny breeze of the bay.
The Apollo ride stands 36m high, offering players a space exploration adventure with ascending rotations and zero-gravity drops reminiscent of the Apollo spacecraft.
There is also the Love Ferris Wheel, an attraction for children and visitors to enjoy the sensation of gliding through the air against a scenic, romantic backdrop.
