Download offline maps
Before traveling to Bình Liêu or remote areas:

Network infrastructure is improving, but do not be complacent
In 2026, the Hoành Mô–Bình Liêu area will continue expanding 4G/5G coverage at several tourist sites such as Cao Ly and Cao Ba Lanh, while also developing digital tourism maps. This is a positive sign. But “better coverage” does not mean that: Every mountain slope has a signal. You should still have an offline plan when traveling to highland areas.

The night before, take screenshots of:
