Built at the end of the 18th century and having undergone multiple restorations, the temple currently features a single-line character (I-shaped) layout with 3 bays, gable walls, and a tiled roof. The main hall is dedicated to Imperial Commissioner Commander-in-Chief Hoang Can, while the right bay houses the Holy Mothers of the Three Realms (Tam Toa Thanh Mau) and an altar for Mother Lieu Hanh.
