Duc Ong Hoang Can Temple is located in Ha Dong Bac village, Hai Lang commune, Tien Yen district, dedicated to a talented general of the Tran dynasty who helped the people quell rebellions and establish villages. Built in the late 18th century and having undergone multiple restorations, the temple currently features a single-line (nhat character) architecture, with 3 bays, two gabled end walls, and a Western-style tiled roof. The central bay is dedicated to Imperial Commissioner and Commander-in-Chief Hoang Can, while the right bay houses the altars of the Three Mother Goddesses and Mother Goddess Lieu Hanh. Annually on the 15th day of the first lunar month, locals hold a festival at the temple to pray for health, peace, bumper crops, and prosperity. For a long time, the temple has been a religious and cultural center for the local people.
