The highlight of Ha Long Carnaval 2026 “Wonder shining in a new era” was the expansion of the event space, creating a true festival atmosphere, linking the grand concert on stage with street parades and a parade on the sea. The parade of dozens of artistic thematic floats, art troupes, beauty pageant models, and especially dozens of tourist boats on the waters of Ha Long Bay truly “ignited” the atmosphere of Ha Long Carnaval.
