True to its name, Robinson Beach is almost completely cut off from the outside world. You will find virtually none of the bustling tourist services found elsewhere—just fresh air and peaceful nature.

2 How to get to Robinson Beach, Quan Lan
To get to Robinson Beach, Quan Lan, I recommend following this route:
Leg 1: Travel from the mainland to Ao Tien Port
You can take a bus from Hanoi to Van Don and get off directly at Ao Tien Port. This is a fairly easy and quick option, taking only about 2.5 to 3 hours.
Leg 2: Ao Tien Port – Quan Lan Island – Robinson Beach
Take a boat from Ao Tien Port to Quan Lan Island. The journey takes about 45 to 60 minutes, and tickets cost from 200,000 VND per person, one way. Then rent a self-drive motorbike for around 150,000–200,000 VND per day to reach Robinson Beach.
Note: The entrance to the beach is about 1.5 km from Minh Chau town center. The road is very narrow, hidden, and bumpy. It is therefore best to ask local residents for the most accurate directions to Robinson Beach.

3 The best time to visit Robinson Beach, Quan Lan
In my experience, Robinson Beach, Quan Lan, is at its most beautiful from April to June. This is the perfect season for swimming and taking photos with the crystal-clear water in the background.
You can also visit Quan Lan Island from July to September, but be sure to keep a close eye on the weather forecast, as this is the rainy season.
