The concert “Quảng Ninh - The Heroic Mining Land” is a fusion of music, circus, reportage and modern performances, bringing together leading artists such as: People's Artist Quang Tho, singer Trong Tan, Ho Ngoc Ha, Den Vau, Hoang Thuy Linh, Bich Phuong, Toc Tien, Truc Nhan, (S) Trong Trong Hieu, Quang Hung MasterD, Do Hoang Hiep, Rhyder, violist Tran Quang Duy, Oplus, the Vietnam Circus Federation, and others. In addition, more than 1,000 professional and amateur artists and performers have been mobilized to create an emotionally explosive artistic space. Besides the appearance of this star-studded lineup, what is particularly capturing audience attention at the moment is the spectacular stage, invested with modern technology and an impressive design.

The stage for the concert “Quảng Ninh - The Heroic Mining Land” is designed to be 125m long and 65m wide. It is also equipped with the latest LED and mapping systems, creating lighting effects with depth and impressive movement. The large LED screens not only support image projection but can also transform the stage setting for each performance, bringing variety to the performance space. From every viewing angle, fans can fully enjoy the music in a visually stunning, modern and energetic setting. Over the past several days, the lighting system and high-powered sound system have been installed continuously. Every design detail and every lighting rhythm here has been carefully calculated to deliver a premium experience.
In particular, this program will also feature a lifting, rotating platform in the center of the stage that can slide toward the audience, allowing the artists to get closer to them while creating special effects during the circus performances, elevating the visual experience and adding highlights to the acts.

The audience area is divided into 11 sections, arranged in a radial fan shape surrounding the central stage. Seating and standing-ticket areas have been distributed reasonably. Alongside the stage, measures to ensure security and public order have also been carefully developed, with contingency plans in place and readiness to respond to any situations that may arise. The provincial police have also mobilized maximum forces, with more than 1,000 officers and soldiers divided into 63 checkpoint teams, working closely with relevant units to organize traffic diversions, regulate traffic and promptly address potential congestion hotspots, ensuring safe and convenient travel for residents and visitors. In addition, police units and localities have proactively implemented professional measures to closely monitor the area, prevent crime and stop individuals from taking advantage of the event to disrupt security and public order.

Preparations for the event are currently being urgently completed by the relevant agencies, units, departments, boards, sectors, businesses and localities with the highest sense of dedication and responsibility. From infrastructure, security, communications, the environment, healthcare and telecommunications to every other aspect, all arrangements are being handled professionally, with the aim of ensuring that the activities and events take place successfully, safely and impressively. In the telecommunications sector, network operators have doubled the number of broadcasting stations to ensure connectivity and communications.
In addition, the provincial People's Committee has asked the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited to install LED screens to relay the live television broadcast of the concert “Quảng Ninh - The Heroic Mining Land” for coal industry officials and workers in the province, at companies and units under the Corporation, with the Corporation selecting and deciding the specific locations. The People's Committees of the communes, wards and special administrative zones are each to install at least 1 LED screen to relay the program’s live television broadcast for residents and visitors; widely announce the information so that residents, visitors and localities are aware of it and can watch. At the same time, they are to organize and arrange the facilities carefully and solemnly, while ensuring security, public order and safety throughout the event.
