Phase 2 of the Quang Ninh tourism stimulus program will take place throughout the fourth quarter (from October - December 2026), focusing on the peak period commemorating the province’s Establishment Day (30/10) and year-end festivals. This phase will feature special events such as the Yen Tu Autumn Festival, the Binh Lieu Then Festival, the Quang Ninh Culinary Festival and the Quang Ninh - Guangxi Cultural and Culinary Exchange. Tourists can take part in the Ha Long Heritage International Marathon and the Global Gate Halong ESG++ running event.
The province will organize the National Green Tourism Forum and the Autumn Colors Regional Specialties Exhibition. A notable new feature of this tourism stimulus plan is the innovation and creativity in products and approaches to reaching visitors. The province is prioritizing the development of the distinctive “One Journey, Two Heritages” linkage model to connect famous destinations such as Ha Long Bay, the Yen Tu scenic area and the Provincial Museum. Numerous activities will apply modern light-show technology, while digital transformation will be accelerated through digital payment solutions and smart travel packages. The province is mobilizing the business community to join the program by offering numerous preferential vouchers to visitors.
The 2026 Quang Ninh tourism stimulus plan aims to promote the brand with the message: “Quang Ninh Tourism - Safe, Friendly, Attractive and Professional”, thereby affirming its position as a leading destination nationwide; maintaining year-end growth momentum, striving to achieve the target of welcoming 23 million visitors and generating revenue of over VND 70,000 billion in 2026.
