To meet the demand of residents and visitors wishing to attend the concert “Quang Ninh - Heroic Mining Land” celebrating the 89th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Mine Workers, the Organizing Committee has released 20,000 free invitation tickets online via the invitation ticket registration portal.

Registration is open from 19:00 on 5/11/2025 until the registration portal records the full number of successfully registered audience members. Registration information includes: full name, date of birth, email, residential area, and the first 3 and last 5 digits of the citizen ID number. The system will issue a QR code for confirmation once audience members have successfully registered on the system.
The program’s Organizing Committee will exchange tickets for printed tickets for audience members who successfully register; the ticket exchange period is 4 days. On 9/11, from 14:00-22:00; on 11/11, from 8:00-19:00 and 20:00-22:00; on 12/11, from 8:00-10:00.

Ticket exchange location: Quang Ninh Province Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace (Tran Quoc Nghien Street, Ha Long Ward, Quang Ninh Province). When collecting the printed ticket, audience members must present the QR code issued by the online registration system together with the original citizen ID card for verification.
Residents should note that invitation tickets may not be bought, sold, or transferred in any form. The Organizing Committee will refuse to issue tickets if any violation of the regulations is detected; tickets will not be reissued if lost or damaged.
The concert “Quang Ninh - Heroic Mining Land” will take place at 20:00 on 12/11/2025 at October 30 Square. This is a special political-art program broadcast live on QTV1 and QTV3, and rebroadcast widely by the television stations of press, radio, and television agencies in provinces and cities nationwide. The 120-minute program consists of 3 continuous artistic chapters with an uninterrupted emotional flow.
The program is a fusion of music, circus, reportage, and modern performance, bringing together leading artists such as People's Artist Quang Thọ, singers Trọng Tấn, Hồ Ngọc Hà, Đen Vâu, Hoàng Thùy Linh, Bích Phương, Tóc Tiên, Trúc Nhân, (S) Trong Trọng Hiếu, Quang Hùng MasterD, Đỗ Hoàng Hiệp, Ryhder, violist Trần Quang Duy, and the Oplus group, creating a grand artistic space filled with "explosive" emotions. The program is expected to attract more than 30,000 attendees and millions of viewers via television and digital platforms.
