With the theme “Wonders Illuminating a New Era,” Ha Long Carnival 2026 continues to affirm the far-reaching influence of an international-scale cultural and tourism event, attracting the participation of numerous diplomatic agencies, organizations, and international localities that have cooperative relations with Quang Ninh Province, including members of the East Asia Inter-Regional Tourism Forum (EATOF) and traditional partners such as Guangxi (China).
