In addition to offering free swimming for the public, Hon Gai Beach includes a parking area and a landscaped green zone covering up to 1.4 ha, keeping the atmosphere constantly fresh and cool. Stretching nearly 1 km in length and approximately 90 m in width, it has a large capacity; even during the peak travel season, it does not feel overly crowded or uncomfortably stifling.
The beach provides ample space for everyone, particularly areas such as freshwater showers and dining services that are being developed and refined to meet the highest standards. You can also bring along your own food and drinks to unwind at nearby resting areas. There are plenty of seats and shady umbrellas available for visitors. Since it is still a brand-new destination, the facilities at Hon Gai Beach are not yet 100% complete; however, it certainly promises to become an immensely grand coastal retreat!

1.2 Where is Hon Gai Beach Located?
Hon Gai Beach is part of the expansion project along Tran Quoc Nghiễn Street, stretching from Bai Tho Bridge to the coastal road connecting Ha Long City and Cam Pha. This road spans 4.7 km with 6 lanes, accommodating various modes of transportation such as walking, bicycling, motorbikes, and cars. It is located about 11 km from Ha Long city center; however, if you are staying in western Quang Ninh, it is exceptionally close! Moreover, since it is situated right in Hon Gai, you will easily spot this beach on your way to visit Quang Binh Museum or other attractions in Hon Gai. Combining them into one itinerary will definitely save you plenty of time!
