The beach features a massive 280,000m3 of fine white sand. The construction team also used fabric tubes to keep the two layers of sand stable. In addition to offering free swimming, Hon Gai Beach has a parking area and 1.4 ha of green space, ensuring the air is always fresh and cool. The beach is nearly 1km long and about 90m wide, giving it plenty of capacity. Even on busy days during peak tourist season, it does not feel overly crowded or stuffy.
There is plenty of space for everyone, and facilities such as rinse-off areas and food services are being developed and completed to meet the highest standards. You can also bring your own food and drinks and relax at the nearby rest areas. There are plenty of seats and shaded umbrellas to keep visitors cool. As a brand-new attraction, Hon Gai Beach's facilities are not yet 100% complete, but it is certainly set to become a spectacular seaside resort!

1.2 Where Is Hon Gai Beach?
Hon Gai Beach is part of an expansion project along Tran Quoc Nghien Street, stretching from Bai Tho Bridge to the section connecting the coastal road between Ha Long City and Cam Pha. This road is 4,7 km long and has 6 lanes, making it suitable for various modes of transport, including walking, cycling, motorbikes, and cars. The beach is about 11km from central Ha Long City, but it is very close if you are in the western part of Quang Ninh! Since it is located in Hon Gai, you are sure to spot the beach while exploring Quang Binh Museum or other attractions in the area.
