Ha Long Dolphin Palace is part of Quang Ninh Province’s cultural architectural complex, together with Quang Ninh Museum – Library and October 30 Square. This is a venue for planning, fairs, exhibitions, and cultural activities; it was designed by Salvardor Arroyo and was honored to be named among the top 10 winners of the prestigious 2019 international Architecture Awards (Chicago).

Ha Long Dolphin Palace consists of two main blocks, the Dolphin block and the Shell block, connected by a system of elevators and escalators. The dome above is designed in the shape of a seashell nearly 320m long. Viewed from a distance, these designs resemble a dolphin swimming and gliding through the water, which is why the venue was named Dolphin Palace.

Inside Ha Long Dolphin Palace are more than 300 booths, service areas, a large auditorium, and a miniature cinema, all serving as venues for events, fairs, displays, and exhibitions. The outdoor space is used to organize cultural exchange activities and promote domestic and international trade.
