Flights depart from Tuan Chau Port in Ha Long City, with itineraries lasting 25 minutes, 35 minutes, or 45 minutes. All flights are operated by highly experienced foreign and Vietnamese pilots who receive thorough training in accordance with the strictest safety standards. In particular, the captains have extensive experience flying seaplanes from Australia and Canada.

At first, as you prepare for takeoff, you may feel slightly nervous because it is your first experience taking off from the water.
